Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the Nysa360 website and any Nysa360 Chrome extension. By creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.

1. What Nysa360 is

Nysa360 is a catalog of independent Chrome extensions, each sold and licensed separately. Signing in to one Nysa360 account lets you manage trials and purchases across every extension, but each extension's trial and paid plan are separate — buying one does not unlock any other.

2. Accounts

You can sign in with a Google account or with an email address verified by a one-time code. You're responsible for keeping access to your email/Google account secure, since that's how we verify you.

3. Free trials

Each extension includes a free trial (currently 3 days) the first time you use it. No payment information is required to start a trial. After the trial ends, you'll need to purchase a plan to keep using that extension's paid features.

4. Payments and plans

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms, including accounts with no payment history, without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

All Nysa360 extensions, branding, and website content are owned by Nysa360. Purchasing a plan gives you a license to use the extension's features — it does not transfer ownership of the software to you.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Nysa360 and its extensions running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, change, or discontinue a specific extension; if we discontinue a paid extension, we will honor refunds for unused remaining time on active plans at our discretion.

8. Accuracy of results, disclaimer and limitation of liability

Results are automated aids, not findings. Our extensions read what a web page shows and apply simple rules to it. For example, GrabList's flag words match words from a list (the default list or your own) against text such as titles, descriptions and seller names. A flag does not mean that an item is genuine, counterfeit, infringing, licensed, authorized, used, digital or physical, and the absence of a flag does not mean it is not. Flags and lists can be wrong or incomplete: pages can hide, change or load text late, websites can block or alter what an extension can read, and a word can mean something different in context. Timestamps are taken from your computer's clock and the page as it appeared on your screen. They are not certified records, and we make no promise that a screenshot will be accepted as evidence.

You are responsible for checking. You must verify results yourself before you act on them, for example before you report a listing, send a notice, make a purchase, or make a legal or business decision. Nysa360 does not give legal, professional or brand-protection advice.

Disclaimer. Nysa360 extensions and the website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nysa360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, or for any decision, action or loss that results from relying on the results of our tools. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to Nysa360 is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan the claim relates to in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or any right you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nysa360 after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
