Refund Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

Short version: every Nysa360 extension has a free 3-day trial so you can test it before paying. Because of this, purchases are generally non-refundable once made — except in the cases listed below.

Why we don't offer general refunds

Our pricing already accounts for a no-risk trial period: you can use each extension's full features for 3 days, with no payment information required, before deciding to buy. This gives you a genuine chance to confirm a tool works for you before paying.

What is not refundable. We do not give refunds because you changed your mind or did not use the plan, or because the results of an extension were incomplete or inaccurate. That includes flag words that missed or wrongly flagged an item, a list that did not include every listing on a page, a page or site that did not work with an extension, or a website that changed or blocked what the extension can read. Results are automated aids and can be wrong (see the Terms of Service, section 8). Please use the free trial to check that an extension works on the sites you need before you buy.

When we will refund you

We will issue a refund if:

If you think a charge is wrong, please email us before you contact your bank or start a chargeback, so we can look into it quickly. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the law that applies to you.
