Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

This policy explains what information Nysa360 ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and Chrome extensions, and how we use it. We built Nysa360 to be simple and to collect as little as we need to make the tools work.

1. Information we collect

When you sign in, we collect:

2. What our extensions access

Each Nysa360 extension only requests the browser permissions it needs to do its specific job (for example, a URL-cleaning tool reads the current tab's URL; it does not read your emails or files). The specific permissions for each tool are listed on its Chrome Web Store page before you install it. Where possible, our extensions process data locally in your browser rather than sending it to our servers.

What each extension reads and stores

3. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising.

4. Who we share information with

We share limited data with the services that make Nysa360 work:

Each of these providers only receives the minimum information needed to perform its function.

Google sign-in. If you choose "Continue with Google", we receive your email address, name and Google account ID, and we use them only to sign you in and to manage your trial and plan. Nysa360's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to others except as described in this policy.

5. Cookies and local storage

Instead of traditional tracking cookies, we use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in across our website and extension pages. This stays on your device and is not accessible to other websites.

6. Data retention and deletion

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing contact@nysa360.com. We will delete your personal information, except where we're required to retain payment records for accounting or legal purposes (for example, invoices are kept as required by Indian tax law).

7. Children's privacy

Nysa360 is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Nysa360 after a change means you accept the updated policy.
